The Company has been informed that OZ Management L.L.C., holds 2,500,000 common shares registered in the names of OZ Master Fund, Ltd., OZ Europe Master Fund, Ltd., Fleet Maritime, Inc. and Goldman Sachs Profit Sharing Master Retirement Trust, representing 4.36 per cent. in the issued share capital of the Company.
