IRF European Finance Investments Ltd. (the 'Company') has today been informed that on 16 April 2007 Sheldon Goldman, a director of the Company, acquired 128,000 warrants to acquire common shares in the Company representing 0.29 per cent. of the Company's issued warrants.  These warrants were acquired at price of up to $0.35 per warrant.  Prior to this purchase, Sheldon Goldman did not own any warrants in the Company.
