CORRECTION: re notice of annual general meeting
announcement 09.03.2010
Further to the announcement made earlier today, IRF
European Finance Investments Ltd notifies shareholders that it will hold its
annual general meeting on 31 March 2010 as opposed to 31 March 2009, as
stated in the earlier release.
A correction of the full announcement is
below.

Notice of annual general meeting
IRF European Finance Investments Ltd will hold its
annual general meeting on 31 March 2010 at the offices of the Investment
Bank of Greece S.A., Ground Floor - Auditorium, Kifissias Avenue 24-A, 151 25
Marousi, Greece at 5.00 p.m. Greek time (11.00 a.m. Bermuda time).
The notice convening this annual general meeting was
posted yesterday to its shareholders.
Copies of the notice are available, free of charge,
from the Company's registered office at Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street,
Hamilton, HM12, Bermuda and the office of Lovells LLP at Atlantic House, Holborn
Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG until the conclusion of the annual general
meeting.
A copy of the notice has also been published on the
Company's website.
