Announcement of unconditional dealings on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange plc

The Company today is pleased to announce the successful admission of its entire issued common shares and all issued warrants to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange plc ('SFM' and 'Admission').  

Admission will become effective and dealings in the Company's shares and warrants on the SFM will commence at 8.00 a.m. today. Trading in the Company's shares and warrants on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously at 8.00 a.m. today. 

As at Admission, there are 124,832,394 shares and 13,596,541 warrants in issue.

The ISIN and trading code ('TIDM') for the Company's instruments will remain unchanged as set out below:
