IRF European Finance Investments Ltd

(the "Company")

DTR 5.6.1 Disclosure

12 June 2013

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 the Company announces that as at 31 May 2013, the Company's issued share capital comprised:

(i)         137,315,633 common shares of US$0.0015 par value each; and

(ii)        49,833.858 preference shares of US$0.0001 par value each.

Each Preference Share is entitled to one thousand times the number of votes to which each common share is entitled.

As at 31 May 2013 and at the time of this announcement, no shares are held in treasury by the Company.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
